Absolutely LOVE Kelsi! She’s flexible, knowledgeable, and always punctual. We have her come to our office weekly for vitamin shots and IVs, and it’s such a relief not having to work around clinic appointments in our busy schedules. I feel amazing every time!

I called on Kelsi to come over to administer an IV as I was very sick recovering from my breast cancer surgery. I was dehydrated and had a horrible headache, plus nausea. She arrived quickly, and we discussed what would be the best course of action to help me feel better. After administering the IV fluids, plus vitamins and anti-inflammatories, I was able to sleep through the afternoon without nausea or a headache. That night, I finally kept food down as well. I highly recommend this IV service, and Kelsi in particular. I believe I started turning the corner in my healing process after she came and gave me an IV. I also love that she comes to my house and I don’t have to go anywhere. I am giving Kelsi and her business 5 Stars as she is the absolute best!

Kelsi is the absolute best! My husband and I needed IVs after having neurovirus and we’re so dehydrated. I use her service again to boost my immunity with vitaminIV before I go back to teach. I also have really tricky veins and I’m a hard stick, she got me the first try and everything was perfect! Don’t second guess yourself and go for IV, you won’t regret it:)

Went to visit my buddy in Grapevine and stayed up WAY too late with WAY too many beverages. Kelsi came to the rescue with a hangover drip plus all of the goods to shake off the bad decisions so we could make the Koe Wetzel concert in Ft. Worth. Hello nurse saved the day! Highly recommend and will have them on speed dial for the next trip to DFW!

I had a great experience with Summer. I had surgery 4 days prior and just had super low energy and wanted something to help with a bit faster recovery so I could get back to work sooner. She came to my home quickly, made me feel super comfortable, and is just the sweetest person. I felt like a brand new person the next day. The cold spray was a plus too to help with the stick. Highly recommend her services!!!

I came down with what felt like the flu, but was in no position to be sick with plans in the coming days and a baby to take care of. I contacted hellonurse at 9 PM to see if they had any next day availability and they did! They responded promptly and professionally to all my questions. Summer showed up at my house at 10 AM that next day. She was extremely friendly and courteous. I hate needles but she was exceptionally great at getting the iv port in and set up with no pain. After getting my immunity blend I felt like a new person later that day. 10/10 recommend their service to help with faster recovery and plan to use them again!
Common Questions

Most Popular Questions

  • Intravenous (IV) therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, or medications directly into your bloodstream via a vein, bypassing the digestive tract.
  • It’s used to treat dehydration, deliver nutrients more quickly, correct imbalances, or support overall wellness.
  • Someone who is dehydrated, has intense nutrient demands (illness, exercise), or can’t absorb sufficient nutrients orally.

  • Also used by wellness seekers for recovery, immune support, or performance enhancement.
  • Generally safe when performed by trained medical professionals under sterile conditions.
  • Risks include bruising, infection at the IV site, vein irritation, allergic reactions, or electrolyte imbalances.

  • People with certain health conditions (e.g., kidney problems, heart failure) need evaluation.
  • Typically, 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the drip volume and additives.
  • Many clients report feeling more energetic, hydrated, or clear-minded within minutes to an hour.
  • But responses vary depending on baseline health, what’s in the drip, and individual metabolism.
  • It depends on your body, health status, and goals.
  • Many providers limit “boosters” to once weekly or even less often, but maintenance/hydration drips may be more frequent if medically indicated.
  • Most wellness / elective IV therapies are not covered by insurance.
  • Exceptions may apply when there’s a documented medical need under the supervision of a physician.
  • The concept of infusing fluids and nutrients is standard medical practice, but many boutique wellness blends are not FDA-cleared as turnkey “drip packages.”
  • Always check what’s in the drip and whether individual components are approved drugs or supplements.
  • Hydrate if possible, eat a light snack (unless otherwise instructed), inform the provider of allergies / medical conditions / medications, and wear loose clothing to expose your arm.
  • You’ll be seated, the provider will pick a vein (usually an arm), insert a catheter, connect the bag, monitor you, possibly adjust the rate, and remove once done.
  • You’ll rest for a few minutes, and they may advise how to resume activity.
  •
  • Yes. Some medications or health conditions (e.g., heart disease, kidney disease, electrolyte disorders) may conflict.
  • Always disclose your complete medical history and current medications.
  • Moderation is wise. Alcohol is dehydrating; caffeine may amplify that — so it’s better to wait, hydrate, and listen to your body.
  • Pricing depends on fluid volume, additives (vitamins, medications), travel (if mobile), and overhead.

  • It’s best to view the pricing page or call for a quote.
Specific Questions

Use-Case Questions

  • It can help with dehydration, nausea, and electrolyte imbalance, which are components of hangover symptoms.

  • But it’s not a magic cure — the body still needs time to metabolize alcohol’s byproducts.

  • For mild hangovers, oral fluids + rest are often sufficient.

  • (You could link to your “hangover IV” blog post for more depth.)
  •
  • For mild to moderate dehydration, drinking water + electrolytes often suffices.

  • IV can deliver fluids more rapidly and thoroughly bypass absorption limits, which may benefit more severe cases.

It comes down to severity, convenience, and your health status.

  • Common ingredients: high-dose vitamin C, zinc, B vitamins, glutathione, sometimes magnesium or other antioxidants.

  • The exact formula varies.

  • We tailor drips to your specific lab results, health history, and goals.
  •
  • Depending on your baseline immunity, exposure risk, and health status, many providers recommend monthly or quarterly drips, but the frequency ultimately depends on your individual needs.
  • Some clients report better skin hydration, clarity, or radiance (likely indirectly through improved hydration, antioxidant support, and blood flow).

  • It’s not a substitute for dermatologic treatments, but can be a supplement.
  • If fatigue is driven by dehydration, nutrient deficiency, or recovery stress, IV therapy can help deliver nutrients quickly.

  • However, chronic fatigue should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
  • Possibly — but with caution.

  • For diabetics, we monitor glucose / dextrose levels in the drip; for kidney disease, we’re extra cautious about fluid load and electrolyte balance.

  • Always require physician oversight / medical review.
  • Usually yes.

  • Some people prefer to do the drip before or after a long journey for hydration.

  • Avoid strenuous activity for a short period and follow your healthcare provider’s guidelines.
  • You may return to your baseline (i.e., your hydration/nutrient status reverts).

  • The drips are not permanent cures — they support your body’s function, not override systemic issues.
  •
  • Some providers require a basic metabolic panel, kidney function tests, and other assessments, especially for custom or high-dose drips.

  • Others may start with standard “safe” formulas, but recommend testing for personalized care.
  • Yes, especially fat-soluble vitamins or trace minerals.

  • This is why it’s critical to have medically sound formulas and provider oversight.
  • Ask about staff credentials (nurse, NP, MD).

  • Ask about sterility protocols, medical oversight, and emergency procedures.

  • Inquire about what brands / purity of ingredients they use.

  • Request a breakdown of the drip ingredients and their corresponding volumes.

  • Check if they require a health screening or laboratory tests.

  • Ask about experience, reviews, and liability insurance.
